Calls are answered by our team; from time to time an automated (AI) phone assistant may answer or assist with calls. - Call recordings and transcripts: up to 90 days, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
